Kelston Gardens
Kelston Gardens is an exclusive development of 37, two-bedroomed retirement bungalows situated in a quiet corner of Worle, near Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. The competitively tendered project brightens and protects the outside of each home using a smooth Dulux Weathershield masonry paint to the full height render for all year-round protection and a high-class durable finish.

Looking better for longer
Works commenced following a brief consultation with residents in the summer months to minimise risk of inclement weather impacting the continuity of the programme. Thereafter, we cleaned the fascia’s, soffits and rainwater goods, and completed an external survey for each property to assess the condition of the render, evidencing areas for pre-paint repairs on our survey sheet for purposes of quality control. All repairs were made good using a self-coloured render to give a more consistent and uniform colour to the final coat.
